4 BR/3.5 Baths, Sleeps 13-16*. Beds for 11 plus two twin air mattresses that can be put in the location to suit your group best. Many of the bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate an air mattress or two, making an ideal set-up for multiple families. The house also has 3 full length sofas. We have comforters and pillows for all rooms, with allergy covers on the mattresses and pillows. The beds each have either a pillow top mattress or mattress topper for added comfort. The Master bedroom, Guest Room 1 and Guest Room 3 each have views of the lake.
Upstairs:
Master - California King size bed with attached sitting room/vanity area with additional twin bed. Off the sitting area is a closed shower/toilet/sink area, as well as a second sink and tub/shower in the main vanity area.
Guest Room 1 - Queen
Separate full bath with tub/shower upstairs.
Main Floor:
Guest Room 2 - Twin over Full size bunk with twin trundle. Stairs, not a ladder, go up to the bunk! A favorite hangout for kids, but can easily accommodate a family.
There is a half bath on the main floor.
Finished Walkout Basement:
Guest Room 3 - King size bed.
Full bathroom with tub/shower just off the guest room on this level.
*Additional Sleeping Options:
There is a large gathering space in the finished basement with plenty of space for an air bed or slumber party set-up for kids! Our experience is that air beds are far more comfortable than sleeper sofas (hate those bars in your back), so we opted not to furnish with a sleeper sofa. We have two twin air mattresses at the house for your use, just please ensure children are not jumping on them like trampolines as they could pop! In addition, we have a Graco pack-n-play available at the house for your convenience.
The upstairs master bedroom, the main floor living area and the finished basement each have comfortable full length sofas that could be used for overflow sleeping (for single use, not sleeper sofas).
